PAYMENT
Sessions are only reserved after full payment of the session fee is received.

All payments are final. No refunds can be made for printed products and refunds of session fees and other related session costs are made at the discretion of Pointed Productions and are subject to the terms of this agreement. Refunds may be delivered as a credit toward products or services offered by Pointed Productions.

Payments are due within 30 calendar days of invoice date or agreement date, whichever is earliest.

Purchases made on payment plans are subject to any amendments or payment contracts entered into by the client and Pointed Productions. In the absence of such an agreement, 6 month interest free terms will apply, with the final payment due at the end of the 6^th month after the down payment. Minimum payments equal to 1/6 of the remaining balance must be made by the last calendar day of each of the 6 months, US Pacific time. Failure to make a payment or failure to pay on schedule will result in forfeiture of accrued balance.

With the exclusion of payment plans, credit is only valid in the calendar year of the original payment. Expired credit is forfeited by the client.

DELIVERY
Delivery of images will be made electronically unless prints, printed products, or another delivery method is specifically purchased by the client. Delivery of photos will take place after full payment is received and may take up to 6 weeks after final payment and product selection.

All products are delivered as-is and are not refundable or exchangeable unless a manufacturing defect in a product is clearly visible. All images are to be approved during the product selection and sales process and no changes can be requested by the client in the image or product after delivery.

CANCELLATION
Late arrival by the client may result in forfeiture of the reserved session time slot and any associated fees paid for the session. Clients are expected to arrive at least 5 minutes before their scheduled start time.

The photographer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a photo session, consultation session, sales session, or any other scheduled business related meeting at any time for any reason. Cancellations without the possibility of rescheduling may result in a refund up to but not exceeding the amount of fees paid by the client for that specific session.

Clients may reschedule sessions with 30 calendar days notice. A rescheduling fee of $150 may apply. A session may only be rescheduled up to one time. Rescheduling or cancelling a session with less than 30 days of notice may result in forfeiture of any fees paid for that session. Pointed Productions reserves the right to refund fees to clients at its discretion and may elect to make such refunds available in the form of a credit to be used with Pointed Productions on a session or other product or service offered by Pointed Productions.
